We've had some months of #GDPR now. Do we know of any case where it's been enforced or punished with fines? Or will it become one of those regulations that people ignore?
I just found out about https://duckduckgo.com/lite and it's awesome :D
Damn, I don't think I can leave the decentralization/privacy room, too many interesting talks #fosdem
I published the #fosdem talks I'll probably be attending! https://noeldemartin.com/tasks/attending-fosdem
I just finished rewriting my site about Autonomous Data, which is the application architecture I'll be working with for a while. From now on I'll focus on actually shipping some! https://noeldemartin.github.io/autonomous-data/
Next week I'll be at #FOSDEM, anyone going? I'm still pondering which talks to attend. One I'll visit for sure is the one about Solid! https://fosdem.org/2019/schedule/event/solid_web_decentralization/
Yesterday I was working on migrating my website to Docker, and I decided to use a Docker nginx container as reverse proxy. Instead of using some tool to automate the process I just wrote a couple of bash scripts to have more control. Check them out if you are interested in learning about it: https://github.com/noeldemartin/nginx-agora
@dajbelshaw I don't know if I'm still on time, but Happy Birthday to your daughter :D
